Evest Assist

Common questions.

Direct answers to what typically comes up before switching from an in-house team or another customer support outsourcing vendor.

What exactly does Evest Assist handle for us?

Evest Assist provides end-to-end customer-support solutions across the channels and workflows your business relies on. This can include live chat, email and ticket support, Intercom and other support applications, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, in-platform support, account and verification assistance, and escalation and complaint handling. The exact support structure is tailored to your business, your customers and the platforms you use. See our Solutions pages for exactly what each service covers.

Do your agents actually understand trading platforms and terminology?

Yes. Our agents are trained specifically for the trading environment before handling live customer conversations. Training can cover trading terminology, MT4, MT5, cTrader and other trading platforms, account and platform access, deposits and withdrawals, KYC and verification workflows, prop-firm rules, drawdown and account conditions, copy-trading systems, trading dashboards and other technology relevant to the client's operation. Agents are also trained to understand their boundaries — knowing what they can resolve themselves, what requires further review, and when an issue involving verification, compliance, account restrictions, payouts, technical problems or financial decisions should be escalated. Training is then adapted to each client's specific products, systems, procedures and escalation structure before an agent goes live. See How It Works for the full training methodology.

Can you cover multiple time zones and languages?

Coverage hours are scoped to your specific operation — agent count and coverage windows are part of how each engagement is set up. At launch, support is provided in English, with additional languages added as the team grows.

How do you handle questions that touch compliance or financial decisions?

They're routed through a defined escalation path rather than resolved ad hoc by a frontline agent. Agents are trained to clarify process and never to give financial advice — see Trust & Security for the full access and escalation model.

How quickly can a team be live?

Within 24-72 hours of a signed agreement, your support team can be live and taking conversations.

How is quality maintained day to day?

Through the same supervised-practice and ongoing-coaching stages described in How It Works — new agents are reviewed before handling anything unsupervised, and coaching continues for as long as the engagement runs.

What happens when something needs to be escalated to us?

It follows the escalation flow described on the homepage and in Escalation & Complaint Handling: routed to your designated contact, resolved, and the outcome is added to the knowledge base so it doesn't have to be solved twice.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the size and scope of your support needs — a package structure built around agent count and coverage, tailored into a specific quote for your operation.
